NDDH High-Energy Ignition

1.Description

NDDH high-energy ignition system is to adapt to a variety of different fuel ignition energy requirements. It is widely used in electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, aviation, aerospace, and other areas of the ignition. These device products belong to low voltage capacitor discharge device with low discharge voltage, spark energy, appearance, small volume, convenient operation, safe and reliable, corrosion resistance, etc.

 

Working principle: It is used by Ac 220V or 110V frequency power. The storage capacitor charging by boosting rectifier transform into DC pulse current. Electricity flows through the tube, discharge, choke and shielded cable to the burning torch igniter semiconductor sparking plug when the capacitor is full. It is formed high-energy electric spark. The rest of the charge on the capacitor will be discharged through the discharge resistance when ignition device stops working.

3.Structure

This series of ignition is constituted by NDDH high-energy ignition, NDDZ high-energy burning torch and special cable of NDDL high-pressure shielded ignition.
