NDYQ-3 Bubble Atomizing Oil Gun
1.Overview
The atomization mechanism of Type NDYQ–3 bubble atomizing oil gun is advanced than spray combustion technology .This technology is based on steam or compressed air as medium , and used the steam or compressed air as atomizing power . The bubble bursts into small and mixed droplets under the difference pressure between the bubble and the combustion-supporting air when they flows to the exit of the gun.
2.Characteristics
-save diesel fuel at the rate of 30% ~ 60%, and save heavy oil at the rate of 10%~15%; -Small liquid particle (Sauter average diameter SMD≤40 um), uniform distribution (distribution index N > 2); -The atomization effect is almost not affected by oil viscosity, the oil viscosity < 70 E°, the heavy oil is heated to 85℃ can flow. It can realize ignition burning by heavy oil or cold oil; -The nozzle is difficult to jam and coke; -Less Atomization gas consumption, atomization gas consumption is 10%~25% of the traditional way; -The flame strong rigidity, high jet velocity and the strong ability to resist the wind disturbance; -The flame temperature is higher than traditional atomization method of flame temperature about 300℃; -big flow control range, the adjusting amplitude above 1:5; -Combustion efficiency is above 99.5%; -Less pollutants in combustion products, well below the regulation indicators of the State Environmental Protection Administration.
