NDHJ—8 Infrared Flame Detector

 

1.Product Overview

NDHJ-8 Infrared flame detector is one kind of dynamic furnace flame monitoring device that take use of advanced design and manufacture of fiber optic technology.It can be long-term continuous used for a variety of gas, oil and coal-fired boilers.The flame detector is mainly used in industrial power boiler flame monitoring and protection,and is one of the essential detection equipment boiler safety protection system.

 

NDHJ-8 Infrared flame detector comprise of the probeamplifiersfiber optic and other equipment. Its probe using PbS sensor window toreplace the lens assembly, the entire assembly is encapsulated with epoxy resin.

 

Encapsulation assembly containing lead sulfide (PbS) sensor and signal pre-processing circuit. The component based on the detected burner flame intensity and frequency of dynamic change, resulting in the corresponding AC signal sent to the amplifier via four core cable. PbS sensor amplifies the conversion signal and periodically self-test to determine the flame detector is working.

 

After processingthe signalamplifier outputs signal to the flame detection management system.

NDHJ-8 infrared flame detector probe and processor have full interchangeability with FORNEY IDD-flame detector.
