Coal Handling System of NDMS

1.Overview
Programmed control system of NDMS coal conveying is used for automatic control of power plant coal conveying process, including programmed control of unloading coal, stacking coal and loading coal,silo monitoring, coal blending and silo adding automatically /manually, individual boiler measurement, coal stacking measurement and statistics management.

Programmed control system of NDMS coal conveying successfully resolved the automatic coal loading, automatic blending, multi-section station network configuration, measurement of coal-fired furnaces, coal belt deviation, rope, speed, spin, tearing alarm protection, PC and closed circuit television monitoring matching and other problems. A whole plant coal centralized control room is set in the complex building. Taking into account that the programmed control objects of the power plant is scattered, remote I/O stations are set up in the docks, coal plants, coal storage and coal distribution, etc.

2.Process system
Composition of coal conveying system is made by coal storage system, coal loading system and standby coal loading system.

3.Control function
Automatic control mode: It is the main means of system operation, and it is considered to reduce operation steps of the operators as far as possible when designed, and it must be clear and simple.

Manual control mode: One way is interlocking manually, and the other one is unlocking manually. Two ways are operated through the keyboard and mouse on the host computer.

Local control mode: It is not the normal operation of the system, and isn’t operated through the programmable controller, while it is operated through local control box (or MCC cabinet).
