NDRQ-1 Waste Incinerator Control System

1.Overview

Municipal solid waste disposal is an important part of urban management and environmental protection ,it is an important symbol of social civilization, it is closely related to people's vital interests. In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, Municipal solid waste surge. Because lack of waste disposal capacity, some cities face the dilemma of "junk Fortress Besieged" seriously affect the urban environment and social stability. Waste incineration is currently the more popular waste reduction processing technology. due to the burning of calories can be used, most countries have chosen to take advantage of the heat collected, in China, it is shifted from waste incineration welfare projects to new energy industries gradually.  

 

Burner as an integral part of waste incineration system, the function is to a certain proportion of fuel and air to match, burning stablly and sustainably. Municipal solid fuel burner device is designed according to the relevant requirements of the characteristics of Municipal solid waste incineration and incineration systems, with a start burner, two auxiliary burners.  Each burner is made up of the burner body, fans, combustion adjustment mechanism, atomizing device, piping, instrumentation, valves, control cabinet, the fuel supply unit and other components. The entire device can be realized PLC automatic control and protection features to ensure safe and efficient operation of the incineration system can also reduce investment in human resources.
