Ignition Control System

1.Summarize

NDIS system is mainly used to control the operation of the boiler ignition device. It can achieve the boiler’s auto-ignition(when receive programmable ignition instructions from central control room), it can also operate the ignition device on a single step ,and feedback the signal of each unit working position and working status to the central control room. The NDIS system consists of program cabinet(programmable controller PLC cabinet), the ignition controller on the spot(relay cabinet), high energy ignition, flame detection device, oil burner (gun, ignition cover and the corresponding push actuator), quick closing valves.

2.Functions

-Automatic or manual control of the actuator’s advance and retreat;

-Ignition automatic or manual control of high energy ignition device;

-Automatic or manual control of quick closing valves’s casting Oil, blowing off and cutoff

-Automatic (the control room) or manually (in situ) control mode switching;

-Operating instructions.
