NDHJ-7 Ultraviolet Flame Detector
1.Overview
NDHJ-7 ultraviolet flame detector, is a furnace flame detection device designed and manufactured by the use of UV photoelectric detection technology. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, and can continuously detect various gas boiler flame.
2.Principle There is a quartz len keeping dust away assembled on the probe of NDHJ-7 ultraviolet flame detector, optical signal transmits the flame of a probe to the tail of the UV photodiode, photoelectric conversion is completed by UV photosensitive tube. It takes the current transmission mode between probe and a processor for signal transmission, in order to improve the anti-interference ability, it transmits to the processor through two core twisted pair shielded cable. After it deals with the signal transmitted by the probe, through matched circuit, Schmidt flip-flop, and monostable trigger circuit treatment, the processor makes the discrimination that flame is on or off, and gives the corresponding indicator and signal output.
