NDHJ-6 Visible Flame Detector

1.Overview

NDHJ-6 visible flame detector is mainly used for the detection of various oil and coal flame , has a great flexibility. It adopts the Digital processing technology and the latest Pattern recognition software and hardware, not only can display the average strength of target flame in the light beam and digital form, and can display the pulsating frequency of target flame. It also has the function of test,Self-diagnostic and high reliability.

 

2.Work

Processor CPU collects the signal by probe,After a series of crunch computations,strength and pulsating frequency of flame are respectively shown in the nixie tubes, also shows flame strength in the form of light beam.According to pre-assigned flame strength and frequency,criteria for fire-free identification,it recognizes the flame automatically, gives corresponding instructions and signals.

 

Fault diagnosis is done by a signal discrimination through the processor CPU over probe,it is judged as a fault condition when the CPU signal is abnormal , also gives the fault indicators and output signals.

 

Fire and trouble signals are outputed separately through two and one pairs of passive relay contactors.In addition,the processor also provides the (4~20) mA DC, (1~5) V DC of simulated signal to connect the analog display for flame strength.

4.Structure

NDHJ-6 visible flame detector consists of two parts, probe and processor.Among them,the probe is divided into endoscopic and external looking

Endoscopic looking probe is inserted into the hearth for working, the advantage is accurate,and can detect by single burner, The probe consists of optical  lens unit, fiber-optic cables, preprocessing circuit boards, it should match with cooled wind of flame detector.

    

           

External looking probe installed outside of the hearths, the camera using focusing lens and dust glass is a characteristic of construction, the probe bottom is equipped with an air duct,the air duct can be connected to the instrument air to purge of probe lens,and does not need the other cooled wind system, if the condition is good, also didn't put air duct.

 

Processor consists of two structures, plate loading instrument structure is used to separate configuration,the standard 5U chassis structure is used to combination, and the card slot side installed side by side in the control cabinet directly.
